If a resident notices an issue like a broken gate or faulty streetlight they can report it instantly by raising a ticket. Each issue is categorized and tracked allowing the HOA to manage and resolve problems efficiently.

HOA board members have access to a dedicated dashboard that allows them to monitor payments, onboard new residents, manage reported issues, and view summary reports. This ensures greater transparency and more organized estete management.
History Tracking
All payments and activities are automatically recorded, providing both residents and admins with a reliable log of transactions and actions. This helps eliminate disputes and ensures everyone is on the same page.
