1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Xtatehub's property management platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Xtatehub.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Our Service

Xtatehub provides a digital platform for estate and property management in Nigeria. The Service includes:

• Secure HOA due payment processing via Paystack
• Automatic PDF receipt generation with QR verification codes
• Issue reporting and two-way communication between residents and HOA admins
• HOA web dashboard for financial oversight, member management, and report handling
• Push notifications for payment reminders, issue updates, and community announcements
• Transaction history, payment records, and CSV export for financial reporting

3 User Accounts & Roles

Xtatehub operates a role-based system. Each role has specific responsibilities:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your OTP or login credentials with anyone. Notify us immediately at support@xtatehub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4 Payments & Fees

All payments on Xtatehub are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions in addition to ours.

• Payment amounts are set by your HOA admin and reflect your estate's dues structure
• A small platform service fee may be applied to transactions, this will always be disclosed before payment
• Successful payments generate an automatic receipt viewable and downloadable from the app
• Xtatehub does not store or process raw card or bank details, this is handled entirely by Paystack
• We do not guarantee refunds for completed payments; payment disputes between residents and HOAs must be resolved directly

5 Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit (issue reports, messages, photos). By submitting, you grant Xtatehub a limited license to display and store that content as necessary to provide the Service.

The following content and conduct is strictly prohibited on Xtatehub:

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6 Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@xtatehub.com
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users
• Upon termination, your access to the platform is revoked immediately. Completed transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance purposes

7 Limitation of Liability

Xtatehub provides the Service on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliability, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times
• The accuracy of content submitted by other users (e.g. HOA announcements, issue descriptions)
• Outcomes of disputes between residents, landlords, and HOA administrators

8 Privacy

Your use of Xtatehub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
