Issue reports, messages, and content you submit within the platform

Usage data: screens visited, features used, session duration

3 How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for the following purposes:

Providing core platform features: payment processing, issue management, receipts, and notifications
Authenticating your identity using OTP-based verification to keep your account secure
Facilitating communication between residents, landlords, and HOA administrators
Generating payment receipts and maintaining your transaction history
Sending reminders for upcoming dues or updates on reported issues
Improving platform performance and fixing bugs based on usage analytics

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

We share your information only where necessary for the platform to function:

Between connected users on the platform. e.g. residents and their HOA admin can see relevant account and payment data
With Paystack, our payment processor, for secure transaction processing
With cloud hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements

We do not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party outside of what's listed above.

5 Data Security

Protecting your data is a priority. We implement multiple layers of security:

OTP-based authentication for all account access, no plaintext passwords stored
End-to-end encryption for sensitive data in transit (TLS/SSL)
Paystack's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure handles all payment data , we never store raw card details
Regular security reviews and access controls limiting internal data access
